The Real Estate Alliance for Charity (REACH) is a non-profit organization that raises funds through interactive and engaging activities. As the primary charitable organization for the commercial real estate industry in Greater Milwaukee, REACH  is supported by hundreds of local companies, individuals and represents a partnership of allied real estate associations including CARW and the local chapters of BOMA/AOMA, CCIM, NAIOP, IREM, SIOR and WCREW. Together we strive to make a positive impact on the community.

Each year REACH gives over $37,500 in grants to local charities. REACH focuses on supporting charities whose primary goal is to serve the needs of children in Wisconsin. The 2016 recipients are Our Next Generation, Safe Babies Healthy Families and PLAYWORKS Wisconsin.

Since 1998, the financial contributions from REACH Charitable Funds have been directed to various Milwaukee organizations that focus on making our community a healthier, more vital place to live. Over the last 16 years, REACH has donated over $500,000 to numerous worthy charities. Our funds have helped the hearing and visually impaired, given a hot meal to those in need and offered a safe haven to kids and families with nowhere else to turn.

Some of the organizations that REACH has contributed to include: Prevent Blindness, Journey House, Walker’s Point Youth and Family Center, Project Adam, Heartlove Place, Milwaukee’s Rescue Mission’s Youth Program, Special Needs Adoption, Repairers of the Breach, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Hebron House and many more.

REACH strives to support the community in which we live by distributing funds to smaller organizations that have a direct impact on their communities and are often over-looked by larger foundations and charitable giving programs.

REACH organizes five signature events each year. Our fund raising campaign starts in the winter with a decadent black tie optional event…The Winter Gala. Throughout the year we host a Bags Toss Tournament, Charity Softball Tournament, Bowling Tournament and Pheasant Hunt for Charity events.

REACH was founded by the following associations: Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin (AASEW), Building Owners and Apartment Owners Associations – WI Chapter (BOMA/AOMA), Certified Commercial Investment Members- WI Chapter (CCIM), Commercial Association of REALTORS® of Wisconsin (CARW), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA) and Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).
