Our
Impact

REACH is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Since our inception in 1998, the financial contributions from the REACH Charitable Funds have been directed to various Milwaukee organizations that focus on making our community a healthier, more vital place to live.

2024 Recipients Announced!

REACH's Charitable Giving Program provides $15,000 annually for three years to three local non-profit organizations. An organization is traditionally selected in October of the current year, and begins receiving funds in January of the following year.

Each year REACH contributes over $60,000 to local charities that are working to enhance the lives of children.  It is strongly encouraged that commercial real estate professionals nominate local charities that would benefit from our partnership and investment. Charities are also welcome to apply on their own behalf.

To nominate a charity, please review the program's criteria and submit an application, when available,  with the corresponding materials to REACH (please scroll down to find the application).  To date, REACH has donated over three-quarters of a million dollars to local charities and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.  Members of the commercial real estate industry care passionately about contributing to the health and well-being of our community through the support of local organizations, predominately those focused on families, women, and/or youth.

Current 2024 Charitable Partners

Walker's Point
Youth and Family Center

Since 1976, we have been a safe place for young people and their families to resolve conflicts and overcome challenges by providing free and confidential counseling, emergency shelter, and housing. Experts estimate that 1 in 30 children and 1 in 10 young adults experience homelessness over the course of a year. Each young person comes to us for unique reasons. We work with them to identify and resolve problems, decide on safe next steps, and ensure housing stability.

Fondy Food Center

Fondy Food Center (Fondy) was established as a non-profit in 2000 on Milwaukee’s North Side as a response to a Food Security and System Assessment that identified a high concentration of hunger, poverty, and dependence on emergency food pantries in the area – and the key role that the Fondy Farmers Market played. Over the past decade, Fondy has grown from one farmers market to an organization creating strategic food systems change with multi-sector partners. Fondy now operates year-round farmers markets – the Fondy Farmers Market and the Milwaukee Winter Farmers Market – that supported more than 110 vendors and tens of thousands of shoppers.

SecureFutures

Giving Philosophy

REACH supports organizations that are creative in their ways to provide services and places to allow children and families to feel safe, grow educationally and get the support needed to succeed in life in southeast Wisconsin.

Our intent is to have a significant impact on smaller organizations that may sometimes be overlooked by larger foundations and programs.
