We are pleased to introduce to you REACH's 2022 Board President, Elizabeth Pancratz.
Elizabeth joined Founders 3 Real Estate Services in 2012 and specializes in marketing and promotional work for the firm. She also works closely with the Investment, Industrial and Office Teams for the coordination and execution of its real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
During her tenure at Founders 3, Elizabeth has been instrumental in developing the firm's online and social media presence, company culture, and industry position -- including navigating the firm through its merger in 2017. On the client side, Elizabeth is often a key component in the development of unique marketing strategies for various properties and portfolios; blending together a mix of modern and classic strategies to deliver a well-rounded, effective approach.
Elizabeth’s work has recently been recognized by Biz Times who named her to the 2022 class of Rising Stars in Real Estate.
Her passion for real estate and community-minded personality led her to reach. First elected to the Board in 2018, Elizabeth has been a passionate advocate for REACH and actively involved in promoting the organization, organizing events, recruiting sponsor, and encouraging charities to engage with the organization. The Board of Directors recognized her for her hard work and leadership and elected her to serve as Board President for 2022.
In addition to REACH, Pancratz is involved with the Milwaukee Athletic Club where she was a prior chair of MAC Women, as well as with CARW and the American Association of University Women.
